I have some quick advice for those considering selling within the next few months. This tip is especially crucial for those of you who have appealing backyards that may include landscaping, lovely trees, a pool, or an outdoor living area. This time of year is my favorite because it’s so gorgeous; the skies are still blue and the trees are lush and full. It’s hard to believe that’s about to change, but it is. While we have this opportunity, let’s capture some great photos of the exterior of your home so you can show your property in its best light whenever you decide to sell.
